We went to a publishers today in York to talk to them about the end of year show book we are doing for interior design.It was really interesting to see a digital printers, and talk about the transition form traditional lithographic plates to modern didital printing. Duncan the man who owns the printers was saying that he felt print had lost some of its spirit. We got to talk to him about the formats that he need for the book, and different binding methods.We knew quite allot of things already which was good to show how much we learnt. He said he would treat us as normal clients so that we could go through the process. This brief is going to be a really effective brief in terms of what we will learnt, and also client interaction.
